Cecilians at ASPIRE 2015
The interact club team 2015 of St. Cecilia’s Public School, Vikas Puri attended District Interact Leadership Assembly (DILA) 2015 on 30th September 2015 at Apeejay School. Sheikh Sarai. The event named ASPIRE 2015 was organized by Rotary Club on the theme ‘Self Esteem’ Celebrating your Uniqueness ‘The interactors along with teacher in charge - attended the Inspirational event. Various Rotary Dignitaries encouraged students to promote understanding and goodwill in society. Motivational speech was delivered by DG Sudhir Mangla to motivate the students to have a step in the direction of what Rotary International is doing. He talked about rotary youth exchange programmes that aims at developing friendship internationally. Other successful programme included dental checkups, hygiene camps, blood donation camp etc. The interactors also took an oath that “All the things we say, we do, we see.” The students also participated in special leadership training programmes organized separately according to their posts. The day was a learning experience for Interactors who returned with fervor to take up tasks of new zeal and good will and community service.
