Environment is Synonymous to Good Health and Wellness
Eco Club of St. Cecilia’s Public School has been actively voicing the urgency of combating pollution and stepping towards a healthy clean environment. The Eco Club student members through various activities has spread awareness regarding immediate corrections to replenish and heal the environment of Delhi as well as Earth through lifestyle changes.
Poster Making, Slogan Writing, Bulletin Board Display addressed both local as well as global issues. The students in their creative expression talked about the need of greener cities, clean breathing air, combating any kind of pollution specially air pollution, clean water sources etc. Cleanliness as a habit was also emphasized to the students. Cleanliness drive for Classes I to XII was carried out in the School premises to stress upon the need of ‘swachta’ as well as in neighbourhood areas.
An Informative and Educative street play was also presented by students on the need of not burning crackers or any of its variant for a cleaner air quality. Madam Principal and Madam Vice Principal appreciated the sincere and honest efforts of all students in joining hands to make environment pollution free.
