St. Cecilia’s Public School, Vikaspuri stands as an epitome of holistic learning and wholesome personality development. The bright morning of 9.9.16 witnessed the felicitation of cecilian scholars from class I-X. It is a matter of great pride as LIC of India student of the year Award 2016 was conferred on 10 students, one each from statndard I-X.
Special Guests from LIC office, Janakpuri Branch presided the ceremony to confer the student of the year trophy 2016to students. Special Guest Mr. Arbind Kumar, Asstt. Branch Manager, LIC office, Janakpuri, Mr. Deepak Saroya and Mrs. Renuka Kalra, Officials from LIC graced the occasion. The prize Distribution commenced soon after the formal welcome of guests and floral welcome of guests by member of student council(Primary wing). In this address to the students, Mr. Arbind Kumar appreciate the worthy achievements of cecilian scholars and expressed his desire to felicitate the cecilian prodigies in future.Mrs. Renuka Kalra in her speech thanked the school management and Madam Principal for providing an excellent environment for learning and progress. Madam Principal Mrs R. Bhumra congratulated the winners of the trophy and motivated all students to keep marching ahead for better performance. She also thanked the officials from LIC of India for acclaiming and honouring the cecilian scholars.
