Cecilian’s Educational and Recreational Tour to United States of America
St. Cecilia’s Public School, Vikaspuri yet again organized an amazing adventurous trip to USA for students of Class VIII to XII. Sixteen students along with MS. Arti Parab and Ms. Mukta Kalra embarked their journey for a ten day tour on 20th May 2016. The tour included visit to wonderful places like Orlando, Buffalo, Washington DC and New York.
The Students visited Kennedy space Centre(NASA), Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Cocoa Beach in Orlando. At Kennedy Space Centre, the group of Students along with the teachers saw the launch pads of space shuttles, Rocket Garden, I-Max movie theatre and shuttle launch stimulator.
In Buffalo, the students experienced majestic natural beauty of Niagra falls. The students also visited Aero Space Museum, White House, LincoIn Memorial while they were in Washington DC.
However, the students were thrilled when they reached the New York City – the most happening and picturesque city. The students visited the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Brooklyn Bridge, Empire state Building from where the Manhattan view was breathtakingly beautiful.
The students while sharing their experiences on their arrival on 31st May 2016 back home thanked the School Management for this life time opportunity to visit the land of dreams – USA. The parents, students and teachers were glad to experience such wonderful trip during the summer vacations.
