Badge Ceremony of Editorial, Scientia Science, Eco and Geekoz IT Club post holders of 2015-16

On the auspicious day dated 04.07.15, St. Cecilia’s Public School, Vikaspuri conducted a badge ceremony of 75 students from diverse club for the session 2015-16. The post holders of Editorial club, Scientia club, Eco club and Geekoz  IT club from class IV onwards upto class XII were felicitated with their batches by Madam Principal Mrs. R. Bhumra and Madam Vice Principal.

Co-ordinators of the primary, middle and senior wing as well as Teacher In-charge of all the clubs were present at the ceremony. After the batch ceremony, the members also took oath that they will remain dedicated and committed to the cause of holistic education. Trilok Singh- President of Editorial club, Kirti Ahuja- President of Scientia Science club, Tavneet Kaur- President of Eco club and Ayush- President of Geekoz IT club in their speeches expressed gratitude towards the school authorities for encouraging students in their co-curricular endeavours to achieve all round development. They also spoke about the objectives of their respective clubs. Madam Principal in her speech congratulated the students and inspired them to aim for the highest. The ceremony saw its close with a collective singing of the motivational song ‘We shall overcome on day’ by all present at the ceremony followed by the regular ritual of singing the National Anthem.

The students were also appreciated, applauded and congratulated by their teachers and classmates when they joined the class.
