Cecilians visit CATALYST 2016 at AIIMS
It was a matter of great pride as Class XII Science stream medical students visited the students union, AIIMS, Catalyst 2016 event. The event is an initiative by Parivartan, the social wing of SU, AIIMS. The students were accompanied by chemistry faculty Ms. Mamta Marwah and Biology faculty Ms. Shahsi Kalra on 29.04.16.
The students had an informative and enriching day. In the expo, undergraduates of AIIMS demonstrated various specimens of anatomy and pathology. The expo also demonstrated different aspects of different aspects of clinical medicine and surgery were also made aware about life saving techniques. The students also received a fruitful I0TA 2016 session from IITians on how to crack IIT and AIIMS entrance.
The students benefited the most from the educative and informative visit. The teachers also motivated and encouraged the students by strengthening the newly acquired exposure. The medical students of Biology also thanked Madam Principal for providing the students with this opportunity.
