Bidding Farewell to Class XII 2015-16

Cecilian campus witnessed the farewell ceremony for class XII students on the bright sunny morning of 30th January 2016.  It promised to be exciting day not only for the guests (class XII) but also for the organizers - Class XI.  The day started with great excitement and merriment as all Class XII students dressed up to their glamorous best and arrived for the ceremony.  The boys looked handsome in their dress of western formals while girls who never fail to put on the show were dressed in splendid Indian wear.

The function began with prayer to invoke divine blessings for a bright future for this batch of Class XII students.  Chairman Prof. Sewa Singh, Madam Principal Mrs. R. Bhumra, Director Mr. Saroop Singh, Vice Principal, Co-odinators and teachers were present on the ceremonious day to bless the students.

After the prayer by Class XI students, Chairman Prof. Sewa Singh blessed the students and spoke to them about the need to be focused and true to oneself.  Madam Principal Mrs. R. Bhumra addressed the students.  Her guiding words motivated the students to get focused and aim at meritorious success oriented life.  A colourful and entertaining cultural programme followed which enthralled the seniors.  The dance were very well conceived and enacted.  The various dances and the inevitable dance moves were cheered loudly and greeted with a thunderous applause.

After the cultural programme, everyone proceeded for the lunch buffet.  Many class XII students were seen getting themselves clicked by the photographer as they tried to capture memories of school forever.  The students and teachers wished class XII luck and love in the world to make their fortune outside.  There ended a beautiful day marked with both happiness and sorrow and lots of love.
