World Yoga Day

Yoga is a way of life. It brings oneness body mind and soul. A special assembly was organized by students of X-B on the occasion of ‘World Yoga Day’. Students performed various asanas like Natrajasana, Veerasana, Ushbasana, Surya Namaskar etc. They also made other students aware of the benefits of these asanas especially the health benefits. The attempt of the students was highly appreciated by all.
